چکیده

A super-resolution parameter estimation scheme for multi-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is presented in this paper. Multi-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance signals can be modeled as the summation of multi-dimensional damped sinusoids. The frequencies and the damping factors of multi-dimensional damped sinusoids play important roles in protein structure determination using multi-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. A super-resolution frequency and damping factor estimation algorithm is proposed. Since this algorithm makes full use of the rank-deeciency and Hankel properties of the data matrix composed of multi-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance data, compared with other nuclear magnetic resonance data analysis algorithms, it has the ability to resolve the spectrum using very few data points. The performance of the new algorithm is demonstrated by computer simulation, and its validation is connrmed by experiment using real two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance data.

Pseudo Zernike Moment-based Multi-frame Super Resolution

The goal of multi-frame Super Resolution (SR) is to fuse multiple Low Resolution (LR) images to produce one High Resolution (HR) image. The major challenge of classic SR approaches is accurate motion estimation between the frames. To handle this challenge, fuzzy motion estimation method has been proposed that replaces value of each pixel using the weighted averaging all its neighboring pixels i...

Analysis of Bovine Serum Albumine, Caseine and Tryptone Proteins Hydrolysis by 1H NMR Spectroscopy

An adequate estimation of a proteinaceous substrate decomposition is one of the problems, frequently appearing during the protein hydrolysate technology. A combination of high-resolution 1 H NMR spectroscopy data with other technics could be a good solution of this problem. In present paper we applied high-resolution 1 H NMR spectroscopy method to characterize the degree of protein hydrolysis o...

Estimation of harmonic interference parameters of surface-NMR signal using an adaptive method and residual signal power

Surface nuclear magnetic resonance (surface-NMR) method is a well-known tool for determining the water-bearing layers and subsurface resistivity structure. Harmonic interference is an inevitable interference in surface-NMR measurements. Accurate estimation of harmonic interference parameters (i.e., fundamental frequency, phase and amplitude) leads to better retrieval of power-line harmonics and...

Decimative subspace-based parameter estimation techniques applied to magnetic resonance spectroscopy signals

In this paper, the problem of estimating the frequencies, dampings, amplitudes and phases of closely spaced complex damped exponentials in the presence of noise is considered. In several papers, decimation is proposed as a way to increase the performance of subspacebased parameter estimation methods, in the case of oversampling [1][2][3]. In this paper, a novel extension of the HTLS-method [4] ...
